Pilates is all about alignment. Positioning of hands and legs and other parts of the body. The head, rib cage and your pelvis are the main blocks.
Once the main blocks are controlled then you have found your centre.
What most people practising forget is checking your alignment before every move and then return to the same position once you are done.
